UHS: Hadley’s Story

Looking for innovative ways to connect with their patients, University Health Systems (UHS) reached out to DSM to begin a video campaign to showcase real-life patient stories, their experiences, and the care they received at UHS facilities. Many of these patients faced life threatening or life altering conditions. We conducted the interviews in patients’ homes, workplaces and other locations that were meaningful to them. We created a safe, welcoming environment where patients could share their stories without feeling anxious or overwhelmed. The videos were released on the UHS website and social media; and were received positively by patients, their families, and hospital staff.
