Bill Miller Bar-B-Q had never produced any video marketing content during their 66 year history,
until they approached Dave Sims Media in 2019. The objective of the video series was to educate audiences about the labor that goes into preparing food for over 70 locations at their downtown commissary, highlighting the artistry and dedication of longtime Bill Miller employees. Our marketing strategy here was to decentralize the brand and instead focus on humanizing the individuals at the heart of the operation.
